Shipping

Free shipping on every order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

• Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on a business day ship the next business day.
• Delivery (Australia): Typically 10 to 12 business days depending on your location.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
• International: We currently ship within Australia only.

We cannot redirect or change an order once it has been dispatched, so please double-check your delivery address at checkout.

Returns and refunds

• Items should be returned in resaleable condition with all original packaging.
• To start a return, email hello@productpartners.net with your order number and we will guide you through it.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving your return.
• Return shipping is on us. We will email you a prepaid return label.

5-year warranty

Every SwiftEdge is backed by a full 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your sharpener ever fails under normal household use, contact us and we will repair or replace it, no fuss.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us at hello@productpartners.net with a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will sort out a replacement or refund right away. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
